Grey Sail Captain’s Daughter Imperial IPA
Imperial India Pale Ale brewed with high-quality pilsner malt and flaked oats, making this beer light in color but certainly not in body or alcohol content. It is aggressively hopped with Mosaics out of the Pacific Northwest, giving the Captain’s Daughter a strong aroma and flavor of tropical and stone fruits.
Maine Brewing Peeper
After a few years of home brewing in our garage, my brother and I decided we should open a brewery so that we could share our beer. In 2009 we started with a one barrel system and worked on a single recipe, over and over, until Peeper was born. And now we have enough to share. Cheers!
Epic New England Style IPA
These juicy, hazy, hop bombs are packed to the brim with flavor. In fact, we’ve been downright irresponsible when it comes to hop utilization. Our brewers have been experimenting with everything from lupulin powder, to massive hop backs, exploring the flavor synergies of fermentation hopping, and literally cramming in more dry hops then our tanks can even hold.
Longtrail Barrel Aged Unearthed Stout
From the depths of Heaven Hill Kentucky Bourbon barrels emerges a deliciously dark version of our Unearthed American stout. Aged for six months on oak, time spent on wood unveiled complex layers of caramel, oak, vanilla and Bourbon.
